Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, our storage facilities continue to prioritize tenant and employee safety. Special procedures are in place at facilities at this time, but customers will still have access to their storage units as gate hours are currently unchanged. Because our facility, like most self-storage facilities across the country, is an “Essential Service Necessary to Maintain Essential Operations of Residences or Other Essential Businesses”, we do not foresee any significant alteration of access hours at this time.
In an effort to combat the spread of COVID-19 through social distancing, all on-site facility offices are currently locked. Employees have been instructed not to open office doors, but can be reached via phone to assist with leasing, payments, and all other questions.
Moving supplies can also be purchased over the phone and will be placed in tenant storage units to avoid direct contact.
Cleanliness is always paramount at our facilities. Employees are taking extra precautions including wiping down door handles and gate keypads more frequently and cleaning surfaces regularly. To further combat the spread of COVID-19, some of our employees will be working from home.
Storage Leases & Payments
At this time, new and existing customers can still complete leases and make rental payments by phone or online at all.storage. Tenants facing financial hardship as a result of COVID-19 are encouraged to contact us immediately. We value our customers and will work with you to find the best solution for your situation.
Our team recognizes that the outbreak is evolving. As such, policies and procedures are subject to change based on restrictions, closures, and regulations designed to care for the safety of our community. Signage at all of our facilities contains updated information and phone numbers for assistance.
